Return & Refund Policy

We are confident that you will love the furniture you’ve chosen. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. This policy outlines the process and conditions for returns and refunds.

Return & Exchange Overview

· Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
· Conditions for Return:
· The item must be in its original, brand-new, and unused condition.
· It must not have been assembled, used, or damaged.
· All original packaging, including the outer box, inner liners, and protective materials, must be intact and used for the return.
· You must provide the original proof of purchase (Order Number).
· Non-Returnable Items:
· Custom-made products (e.g., furniture made to specific dimensions, colors, or fabrics). Custom orders are final sale unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.
· Items damaged due to customer mishandling, improper assembly, or accidental damage.
· Items that have been assembled, used, or where the original packaging has been discarded.
· Clearance or final sale items (will be clearly marked as such).

Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Information: You may be asked to provide photos or a video of the product to help us assess the situation.
  3. Get Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and the designated return address. Returns shipped without an RA number will not be accepted.
  4. Ship the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original, sturdy packaging. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package using a tracked courier service to the provided address.
  5. Inspection & Refund: After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds

· Refund Amount: You will be refunded the full product purchase price.
· Non-Refundable Charges: The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Additionally, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
· Refund Timing: After we process the refund, please allow 5-10 additional business days for it to appear in your bank or payment provider account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or model, please follow the standard “Return Process” above. Once your return is completed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, we will happily arrange a free exchange and cover all associated shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and quality control. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect Upon Delivery: Inspect the exterior of the package in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is significant damage, please take photos, have the driver note the damage on the delivery slip, refuse the shipment, and contact us immediately.
  2. Inspect After Delivery: Unbox and inspect your item thoroughly within 48 hours of delivery. If you discover damage or a defect, take clear photos (of the outer box, the damaged area, and the product label) or a video and email them to us.
    For confirmed damaged or defective items, we will offer the best solution, which may include: sending free replacement parts, issuing a partial refund, or arranging a full return and refund (with all costs covered by us).

Important Notes for International Orders

· Customs & Duties: Any import duties or taxes paid on the original order are generally non-refundable, subject to your country’s customs regulations.
· Return Address: Our return warehouse location may vary. Please use the specific address provided in your Return Authorization email.
· Shipping Time: Please be aware that international return shipping can take a significant amount of time.
